More Hershey Park Happy!

 A June trip out to visit the Thuma's in PA would not be complete with out some Hershey Park fun!

And the girls weren't the only ones having fun!

Homemade Water slide

It may not be the classiest water slide you have ever seen... 

But that sure isn't going to stop these girls from having a blast on it!!!

Mommy loves working out with her Kettlebells and Charlotte loves to follow along!

While her form here is actually PERFECT...Mommy doesn't really let her pick up the big ones.

So she swings her own "bell" and has lots of fun doing it!

Birthday presents!

Grammy's always know how to make a 3 year old happy on her birthday!

Start with a brand new baby doll...

Add some colorful nail polish on both fingernails and toenails!!

And finish it off with a pink dancing dress with sparkles, flowers and pearls!

Yup!  That is one happy birthday girl!!!

Personal Peacock!

On the way down to Grammy and Poppa's house Mommy and the girls stopped at the Beardsley Zoo to stretch their legs.  We were immediately greeted by one of the many beautiful Peacocks that roam the zoo.

This is Margaret's 'Peacock face'.  Not sure I see the resemblance...

Now these 'Peacock faces' look a little more accurate!

While heading to the car after our little stroll around the zoo one of the residents tried to hitch a ride with us!

He followed us all the way to the car and stayed awhile....

Talk about up close!  The girls can't stop talking about how much they loved this Peacock!

Big Girl Bed

For weeks and weeks Margaret has been asking for a 'Big Girl Bed'.  So today for her 3rd birthday she finally got it!

She was SO excited that she almost went to bed before dinner or birthday cake.

But that would have just been silly!

Puppet Theater Time

Margaret has been LOVING the new puppet theater and is putting on several shows a day!

Not sure if this one is about Chief Blaze and the Pink Ballerina kissing each other or eating each other.  Either way, it was a very entertaining show!

Of course Charlotte wants to get in on the action...

The Chef act started out a little slow...

But it finished strong!  Tada!!!

What show would be complete without a little Oprah singing to finish things off!

Willow Valley

As a very special birthday treat Baba took the whole Thuma clan to Willow Valley for the weekend to celebrate Great-Grandpa and Margaret's birthdays.  And what better way to celebrate then to spend hours and hours swimming in the pool!

We seriously had to pull Charlotte out of the pool when she turned blue!

On the second morning the girls got to take Baba out bright and early and show her how a Stroller Strides workout goes!

There were some jump squats in the puddles....

And some fast feet in the puddles....

And some more playing in the puddles....

It was all more fun with Baba there!!!
