The Dress

So as many of you remember, when Mommy and Daddy got married four years ago Mommy wore a beautiful white dress that she proceeded to cut off at the reception after their first dance. Needless to say Grammy was a little upset about this and hasn’t let Mommy forget it! With my Christening right around the corner Grammy came up with a wonderful idea…..since Mommy had already rendered the dress pretty much useless, why not use the fabric to make my Christening gown? Mommy talked to Baba and Great Grandma Knaub (who happens to be an amazing sewer) about it and Great Grandma took up the challenge! Mommy asked for the gown to be as long as possible, and boy did she get what she asked for!

I don’t think anyone in the whole wide world has a more special Christening dress!!!
