Happy To You (X30)

Margaret's new favorite song to sing is "Happy Birthday", thanks to her Dora the Explorer CD that we have to listen to in the car EVERYWHERE we go. Only she drops the "birthday" word when ever she sings it.....so it comes out more like:
Happy to you.....Dadda
Happy to you.....Momma
Happy to you....Char Char
(She also sings it to who ever is in the room at the time.)

Well today she got to sing it to Momma for real!

Grammy and Poppa came up to the house and Poppa took Margaret out for the day so that Grammy could take Mommy shopping for her birthday. Then Grammy and Poppa baby sat so that Mommy and Daddy could get dress up and go out to dinner together!

Dadda let Margaret give Mommy her birthday card (it was a "funny" card about how she is now "really old" because she is 30! You know what they say about paybacks Dadda!!!!!)

And then we made Dadda suffer through some family pictures.

We saved the actual birthday cake until the next night since the girls were already in bed when Mommy and Dadda got home from dinner. This is Margaret's favorite part of anyone's birthday!

While Margaret liked singing and really liked blowing out the "lights" by far her favorite part was eating the cake!!!

And she made sure not to drip any of it!
