3 Days till Due Date
Yesterday I used the beautiful weather as an excuse to get in as much walking as possible. Ben and I did a 2 mile morning walk at the state park. After coming home and getting some stuff down around the house I couldn't stand the idea of not being out in the beautiful weather so I grabbed my iPod and did another 2 miles around our complex (the hills are killer!) Both times the baby enjoyed the walking so much that it would fall asleep, only to wake up kicking as soon as I finished. As if saying "I didn't tell you to stop."
So all this walking is supposed to help "get things moving", but I'm beginning to wonder if it can actually have the opposite effect?!?!?!?

Hi Katie -- As long as the walking is helping you feel good, then it's a good thing. I'm not sure if it will help to bring on labor (I know the Bradley folks say it works), but give me a call if you want to talk about some other things that could help. You look beautiful --keep feeling good! Love, Annie
..hmm...I wonder if the walking is like when babies fall asleep when you put them on the top of the dryer or in the car...
You do look wonderful. I can't wait to see the little one.
