Grandma Bunny ordered the little one a beautiful new Moses Basket that finally arrived yesterday! She figured with all the flights in our house that this basket would make moving the baby (especially when sleeping) around the house much easier. I know that it is going to get a lot of use, and it is SO pretty! Well Grandma Bunny’s only request was that Lily not get it full of hair before the baby arrives. You would think this would be a simple request.
At first Lily was much more interested in the box, and I honestly thought we were going to be okay. For the most part she hasn’t paid much attention to the majority of the baby stuff.
But then she saw the basket, and decided that she liked that MUCH better!! I have a feeling this is going to get tricky!!
(Don’t worry Grandma, after Lily got out I removed all the fabric pieces to be washed and she won’t be allowed back in it once it is clean and set up for the baby.)

Love the basket! I had one for Lawrence from my mom. That was so long ago you could actually use it in a car or store. It was such a conversation piece at the time it took forever to go anywhere. Of course they were ogling our beautiful child. Hope your little one will be filling it soon! Remember patience is a virtue!

Well Lily is just breaking it in. She's about the right size of infant (not so much a newborn)
It is a beautiful basket, and I think Grandama Bunny is very smart lady : )
