Due Date +16 Days
So I think I have tried almost every proven and unproved trick, myth and old wives tale to get this labor going. And with the exception of a few hours of “teaser” contractions after my acupuncture session, nothing has proven strong enough to get this baby going. Well I have now been told by a number of people that what I need to do is scrub the house from top to bottom. Literally get down on my hands and knees and wash the floor and everything! Mom and I did a pretty ridiculous cleaning of the whole place a few weeks ago, but maybe it will help more now that I am SO late. So after our nice relaxing day yesterday, today’s plans are to clean until the place shines or the baby comes! Even if it doesn’t get things moving at least it means that I will come home from the hospital to a nice clean house! (Oh don’t worry, Ben’s helping. Even if he isn’t part of this wives tale).

Oh! I hate to see you spending the day cleaning the house! Forget that- hire a house keeper and enjoy the day together. But, I supppose desperate times call for desperate measures. Eviction in 2 days or less!! Can you believe you'll be heading to the hospital tomorrow night or sooner! On second thought, you probably can. Good luck!!
Ok, I'm assuming that the cleaning helped because you haven't posted in 48 hours.
If it didn't work, you're at least in the hospital now with the little one quikly on its way.
